Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Visit Our Website:
   Go to: https://www.joesroadsideassistance.com/

2. Access the Teammates Section:

   • Navigate to the "Teammates" section on the homepage.

   • Open the dropdown menu and select "Team Sign In/Up."

3. Sign In or Sign Up:

   • Click on the "Let’s Go" button.

   • Download Towbook through the links provided on this page.

   • Sign in using your email or Google account. Be sure to remember your password as we cannot reset it for you.

   • Wait for permission to gain entry to the system.

4. Access Your Work Group:

   • Once you have access, you will see: JRS TEAM!

   • Click on the work group/team that you are assigned to. You will only have access to your designated group.

   • If you encounter any issues, please send a message to 859-553-5675 or contact us through the website.

5. Training and Resources:

   • After entering your group, look for "Pit Crew" and scroll down.

   • Select "Training, Refreshers, and Materials."

6. Work Group Specifics:

   • Tow Companies:

     • Follow the same steps, but select the work group labeled "Towing and Partners."

   • Marketing:

     • Follow the same steps, but select the work group labeled "Markers and Sales."

   • Admin:

     • Follow the same steps, but select the work group labeled "Admin and Dispatch."

7. Completion and Follow-Up:

   • Once this process is completed, a 1:1 meeting will be scheduled.

   • A Checkr link will be sent to your email.

   • You will also receive your Towbook username/password and company email (if applicable).
