As an Independent Contractor with Joe's Roadside Assistance LLC, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance services to our customers. Your duties will include but are not limited to vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks as needed.

Roadside Tech II: Team jobs: pay rate may vary based on the number of on site teammates needed or requested by account details will be assigned to a call/offer/job and listed in notes

Partner calls: pay rate will vary depending on affiliate accounts and assignment lengths. (Example: Goodyear account, Allstate accounts, gerber accounts, Verizon accounts, etc)

3% annual Pay rate increases for Mechanic Rates based on job performance

In-house training after 360 hours paid mechanic hours

Remote work stipend of $350 or equivalent in work toolkits value every 160 mechanic LABOR hours

$150 or more for each credit earned from start date deemed appropriate for increased mechanical skills necessary for performance improvement (TBA)

Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include.
As an Independent Contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule and work independently. However, you will be expected to adhere to our company policies and procedures, as well as maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers safely.
